1. Information We Process

• Access Authentication: Assigned enterprise access keys and authorized scientist names used to provision access to the R&D Co-Pilot workspace.
• Client-Side BYOK Credentials: When you provide your own API keys (Google Gemini, Groq Cloud, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek), these keys are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage). They are never written to our centralized database.
• Formulation Inputs & Queries: Raw material names, batch weights, substrate specifications, spectrophotometer Lab/Pantone inputs, and physical trial metrics you enter for chemical recipe calculation.
• Inquiry & Pilot Requests: Contact name, corporate email address, institution/company name, and research objectives submitted through our outreach forms.

2. How Your Data Is Utilized

We process your data strictly to execute the following services:

• Executing real-time multi-agent chemistry reasoning and mass-balance checks.
• Benchmarking physical experiment delta differences against historical trial batches.
• Searching relevant public supplier databases and literature indexes (WIPO, USPTO, academic archives).
• Generating chemical engineering research reports and formulation export files.

3. Data Retention & Isolation

Session state, chat histories, and custom formulation presets remain partitioned per organization account ID. Scientists retain the ability to purge in-memory session histories and local trial logs at any time directly through the workspace interface.

4. Third-Party LLM & API Integration

When utilizing BYOK mode, prompt payloads flow directly from your client connection to the respective AI provider endpoint you have chosen, governed by their enterprise data processing terms.
