AInsight provides computational chemical estimations, theoretical mass-balances, and literature-derived recipe proposals. All AI-generated formulations must undergo physical bench-scale validation, toxicological safety assessment (GRAS/REACH), and pilot batch quality testing by certified chemical professionals before any industrial mass manufacturing or commercial distribution.
1. Intellectual Property & Formulation Ownership
You and your enterprise retain 100% exclusive intellectual property ownership over all formulation recipes, trial measurements, custom ingredient libraries, and research reports generated within your AInsight sessions. Productix / AInsight asserts zero patent, royalty, or commercial claim over your novel chemical compositions.
2. Authorized Industrial Use
AInsight is licensed for authorized industrial R&D teams, university research laboratories, formulation scientists, and manufacturing engineers. Users agree not to:
- Input requests intended to synthesize prohibited chemical weapons, illegal narcotics, or hazardous toxins regulated under international non-proliferation treaties.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the core proprietary multi-agent orchestrator.
- Share or distribute enterprise access keys outside of your authorized team.
3. Supplier Discovery & Directory Accuracy
Supplier catalog listings, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and pricing estimates are gathered from certified public directories and distributor databases. Commercial contract terms, final pricing quotes, and material specifications remain subject to direct agreements between your company and the respective chemical supplier.
4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Responsibility
When configuring your own API keys for LLM providers (Gemini, Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic), you are directly responsible for managing provider usage quotas, rate limits, and compliance with the corresponding provider terms.
